The service was impeccable with warm, welcoming staff who made my stay comfortable. Additionally, the luxurious amenities and breathtaking decor created a truly relaxing atmosphere.

On the downside, the restaurant service was quite lacking. an order took far too long, and the waitress seemed more focused on upselling than on my experience.

The room was super comfy with a nice view! The beds were really soft, and the overall vibe was luxurious. I loved the spacious layout and how everything felt fresh and clean. The little touches, like flowers, made it even better! It was just a great place to crash after a long day.

The stay at Taj Mahal in New Delhi was memorable. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcomed. M Shahjahan at the front desk was attentive and informative. The Taj Club Executive Room I booked had a stunning view of India Gate and was spacious with luxurious interiors. Great attention to detail was evident, especially with the comfortable bedding and well-maintained amenities. The breakfast service was superb, with options that catered to my preferences. However, not everything was perfect. On one morning, the breakfast area was lacking staff and I had a long wait for seating. That said, the meals offered were delicious and the overall dining experience was enjoyable. An issue arose due to ongoing renovations during my stay, causing quite a bit of noise. Although I raised my concerns, the drilling persisted despite promises of resolution. It disrupted my rest, which was disappointing. Overall, while the atmosphere and service were high quality, better communication and fewer disturbances during busy periods would improve the experience.
